SUCCESS HAS A CEILING. THIS IS HOW YOU BREAK IT.

You’ve worked hard. You’ve taken risks. You’ve built a career or a business. From the outside, your life looks solid, even successful. But there is a quiet frustration that shows up after you’ve done most things right.

Beneath the surface, something feels unresolved. Effort no longer produces proportional results. Decisions feel heavier than they should. The question is no longer how to make more money, but why everything still feels uncertain.

The strategies that help you reach success are rarely the ones that help you sustain it. Beyond a certain point, the challenge is no longer intellectual. It’s behavioral.

Success Ceiling Breakthrough advances behavioral wealth: a way of thinking developed across decades of advising entrepreneurs, executives, and investors. Written from real conversations between the authors over three years, the book offers a framework for navigating success with intention rather than reaction.

IN “SUCCESS CEILING BREAKTHROUGH” YOU’LL DISCOVER HOW TO:

Success Ceiling Breakthrough - by Dancho Dimkov and Joseph Kapp
  • Recognize when more effort starts working against you
  • Allocate income so wealth compounds instead of evaporating
  • Make high-stakes decisions without freezing or overreaching
  • Build a network that sharpens your judgment, not just confirms it
  • Cultivate presence and clarity in a life that demands both
  • Preserve wealth, and meaning, across the generations that follow

This book is for entrepreneurs and professionals who want financial freedom without burnout, growth without chaos, and success that enhances life rather than consuming it.

MEET THE AUTHORS
DANCHO DIMKOV & JOE KAPP

Dancho Dimkov - co-author of Success Ceiling Breakthrough

Dancho Dimkov is a serial entrepreneur who built BizzBee Solutions into a B2B consultancy serving more than six hundred companies worldwide. Then he hit that ceiling himself: imposter syndrome, sleepless nights, and the fear that one wrong move could undo everything. He broke through his own success ceiling without a map and helped draw the map in these pages. He now shows other founders the way.

Joe Kapp - co-author of Success Ceiling Breakthrough

Joe Kapp has spent more than three decades advising entrepreneurs, executives, and high-net-worth families. He has watched the same pattern repeat: intelligent, driven people reach a level of success, then hit a ceiling. He has seen firsthand what causes it, and has spent his career helping clients move past it.

Joe brings the breadth of hundreds of clients. Dancho brings the depth of having broken through his own. Together, over three years of conversations, they co-created the framework inside this book. Now you can break through, too.

Frequently Asked Questions

The 7 Behavioral Wealth Principles: Financial Intentionality - Treasured Time - Focused Opportunity - Powerful Connections - Intentional Curiosity - Mindful Presence - Lasting Legacy
What is Success Ceiling Breakthrough about?+
It’s a book about what happens after success. Most financial narratives focus on getting to the first milestone — the first business, the first breakthrough, the first million. Far fewer address what happens after, when the familiar tools stop working and success itself introduces new risks. Success Ceiling Breakthrough is not a step-by-step system or a collection of financial hacks — it’s a framework for thinking: a set of behavioral wealth principles that help you navigate success with intention rather than reaction.
What is a success ceiling?+
A success ceiling is the plateau successful people hit when the mindset, habits, and decision-making patterns that built their success start working against them. You’re doing everything that used to work — and it’s no longer moving the needle. The ceiling isn’t in the market or the business model; it’s in how you think and decide.
Who is this book for?+
Entrepreneurs and professionals who want financial freedom without burnout, growth without chaos, and success that enhances life rather than consuming it. It’s written for people who already know how to work hard but want to work wisely — those who sense that the next level of wealth isn’t about accumulation, but alignment.
What are the 7 Behavioral Wealth Principles?+
The framework at the heart of the book: (1) Financial Intentionality — direct every euro with the CPR model, (2) Treasured Time — evaluate everything by its return on invested time, (3) Focused Opportunity — see the three layers of risk and opportunity, (4) Powerful Connections — build a network that lifts you instead of holding you down, (5) Intentional Curiosity — keep a beginner’s mind after you’ve become an expert, (6) Mindful Presence — get unstuck when external success feels empty, and (7) Lasting Legacy — preserve wealth and pass on more than money.
What is behavioral wealth?+
Behavioral wealth is not about how much money you make. It’s about how you behave once money enters the picture. It sits at the intersection of psychology, decision-making, and finance — and it explains why two people with identical incomes can end up in vastly different places, why discipline often matters more than intelligence, and why financial success without self-awareness is fragile by default.
What is the CPR model?+
CPR is a mental-accounting system for directing income across three categories: Core (about 50% — essential living costs), Protection (about 20% — emergency funds, insurance, savings, and investments), and Recreation (about 30% — experiences, travel, and personal development). Protection is the wealth engine most people skip entirely — even starting at 5–10% treated as an “imagined tax” on all income changes the trajectory.
What is the Three Horses investment model?+
A sequencing model for investing: the Stable Horse first (liquid, non-volatile — your 6–12 month emergency fund), the Workhorse second (steady, dependable returns — real estate, index funds), and the Racehorse last (high-risk, high-reward — only with money you can afford to lose entirely). Feed them in that order, never the reverse.
What does “lazy income” mean?+
Active income requires your ongoing time and effort — it stops when you stop. Lazy income flows with minimal ongoing effort from systems, assets, and capital. True freedom is when lazy income covers your core living expenses. The book maps the path from maximising active income to building lazy income that sets you free.
What is a Kappian opportunity?+
Beyond the opportunities you can see (known) and the ones you can research (unknown), there is a third layer: nested opportunities that only become visible while you are actively pursuing another opportunity. The book calls these Kappian opportunities — they emerge through action, and they evaporate fast if you don’t seize them.
Who are the authors?+
Dancho Dimkov is a serial entrepreneur who built BizzBee Solutions into a B2B consultancy serving more than six hundred companies worldwide, and the Amazon best-selling author of Sweet Leads and A Journey to Financial Freedom. He broke through his own success ceiling and helped draw the map in these pages. Joe Kapp is a seasoned entrepreneur and wealth advisor who started his career in Silicon Valley consulting with Fortune 500 companies, has spoken at high-profile events including the United Nations, and has spent more than three decades advising entrepreneurs, executives, and high-net-worth families.
How did the two authors meet?+
At an entrepreneurship workshop in Armenia, where Joe was the speaker and Dancho was in the audience — halfway through writing A Journey to Financial Freedom and privately wrestling with imposter syndrome. A conversation over Armenian brandy turned into a three-year dialogue about behavior, wealth, and what really keeps successful people stuck. That dialogue became this book.
How does this book relate to A Journey to Financial Freedom?+
A Journey to Financial Freedom (2024) maps the climb — from a first marketable skill to financial independence. Success Ceiling Breakthrough picks up where that journey ends: what happens when you’ve made it and the old playbook stops working. One book gets you to the top of the mountain; this one deals with the ceiling you find there.
When is the book coming out?+
Success Ceiling Breakthrough is scheduled for launch in 2026. Get in touch via the contact page to be notified at launch, or invite the Success Ceiling keynote to your event in the meantime.
Can I see the framework live before the book launches?+
Yes. The Success Ceiling talk — built on the 7 Behavioral Wealth Principles — is available as a keynote (1 hour), workshop (2–4 hours), or multi-day training, and has already been delivered live, including at AI Collective Skopje 2025 with both authors on stage.
