Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data danchodimkov.com collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies to visitors in the EU, and for the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Who we are
danchodimkov.com is the personal website of Dancho Dimkov. The data controller is BizzBee Solutions DOOEL, Kavadarci, North Macedonia, the company he owns and runs.
For any privacy question or request, email danco.dimkov@bizzbeesolutions.com.
What we collect and why
When you just browse
Visit counting. We count page views and clicks with PostHog and with Vercel Web Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies and needs no consent. PostHog sends nothing until you have made a choice in the cookie banner. After you click “Reject”, PostHog counts page views and clicks without cookies; after you click “Accept all”, it uses cookies and also records sessions (see below). Neither builds a profile of you.
- After “Reject”, PostHog runs in cookieless mode: it stores nothing in cookies or browser storage and counts visitors with a privacy-preserving hash calculated on PostHog’s servers. The data goes through our own domain (danchodimkov.com/ingest) to PostHog’s EU cloud, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Vercel Web Analytics identifies a visit by a hash created from the incoming request. Vercel discards that hash after 24 hours.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read and which links are used, so we can improve the site. You can object at any time by emailing us.
Server logs (no consent needed). The site is hosted by Vercel. When your browser requests a page, Vercel’s servers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use this to run the site, find errors and stop abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
Analytics, advertising and testimonial tools (only with your consent). If you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner, we also load:
- Google Analytics 4, to see how visitors find and use the site. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off in our Google Analytics account.
- Meta Pixel, to measure visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- PostHog session recordings, to see how pages are used, for example where people stop scrolling or which buttons they miss. Everything you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser, so we never see it in a recording.
- Endorsal, the widget that shows client testimonials on some pages. Its script loads from cdn.endorsal.io, so your browser sends your IP address to Endorsal. We cannot confirm from Endorsal’s public pages whether the widget sets cookies, so we treat it like the other optional tools and load it only after “Accept all”.
Legal basis: your consent. If you click “Reject”, none of these load. You can change your choice at any time with the link at the bottom of every page.
When you contact us or apply
Contact form (/contact). You give us your name, email address, a subject and your message. Launch application form (/anatomy-of-a-launch). You give us your name, email address, the stage of your launch, your build budget and your planned launch date.
Both forms are delivered by Formspree, which emails the submission to Dancho’s inbox. We use the details only to reply and to discuss the work you asked about. Legal basis: steps you asked us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering messages.
If you email us directly, at danco.dimkov@bizzbeesolutions.com or speaking@danchodimkov.com, we receive what you send and use it the same way.
When you buy a book or a session
Some pages have “Buy” buttons that open a Stripe payment page. Stripe collects your card details on its own page; we never see them. We receive the order details Stripe passes to us, such as your name, email address and what you bought, and use them to deliver the order, issue invoices and keep accounting records. Legal basis: performance of the contract, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers what it does with your data.
Links to Amazon take you to Amazon. Anything you buy there is between you and Amazon, under Amazon’s privacy policy.
Content loaded from other services
- Bunny Streamplays the book launch video on the A Journey to Financial Freedom page. Bunny (BunnyWay d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia) says its player does not set cookies; it may keep your playback position in your browser’s local storage.
- YouTubevideos on the Speaking page are embedded from youtube-nocookie.com, Google’s privacy-enhanced embed. When you play one, Google’s privacy policy applies.
